A retired police sergeant with 25 years of service and a former stand-up comedian, Chuck blends professionalism, protection, and personality in every transaction. He finds that his diverse background helps clients feel at ease during what can often be a stressful process—because, as he says, "sometimes a little humor keeps things together!"
Chuck retired from police work in 2009 and began a new career in real estate in 2017. Since then, he’s earned recognition as a top-producing agent, including:

Chuck and his wife, Sofya, split their time between the Twin Cities of Minnesota, and SW Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (1991) and a Master of Arts (2005), and is bilingual—serving both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
Beyond helping buyers and sellers, Chuck remains passionate about supporting public safety professionals and first responders. He serves as a mentor with the Minnesota Association for Injured Peace Officers, helping officers heal from on-duty injuries. He was also the founding president of the Minnesota Duty Disabled Association, and 501(c) 3 that is a quasi-lobbying and support group for disabled first responders, providing support and protecting their rights.
